Anne Briggs

Anne, known online as “Anne of All Trades,” is a farmer, builder, and educator focused on teaching and preserving disappearing life skills. Find her online at www.anneofalltrades.com. 10 years ago, Anne- a broke city-dweller without a clue about farming- built some raised beds and started her first garden. Growing her own food and learning to build things by hand brought a sense of independence, confidence, purpose, and fulfillment she hadn’t before experienced. Today, Anne and her husband, “Adam of No Trades,” live on a small dairy+beef farm in Nashville, TN. Anne teaches fine woodworking classes, runs a marketing and online education business by day, and operates the farm solo in between work, family, and community obligations.
