Lora Bennett, M.D. is a family physician who is passionate about prevention, integrative medicine, teaching, cooking, homesteading, her husband and their two indoor, furry kids as well as their outdoor animals (Scottish Highland cattle and chickens too numerous to count). She serves in the Air National Guard and is honored to teach medical students at the Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM-Carolinas) in Spartanburg, SC.

Kammie DeGhetto is a licensed clinical social worker and maintains a part-time telehealth clinical practice. Kammie served in the Air Force over 24 years and now makes her home in East Tennessee. She lives on 30 acres in East Tennessee with her husband, 3 teenagers, chickens, orchard, garden, and 3 dogs.
