Nikki Conley, along with her husband Erreck and two daughters, established Athol Orchards Antique Apple Farm in North Idaho the Autumn of 2016. The preservation and education of historic and rare apple varieties is now a lifelong mission. Athol Orchards not only sells to the public, but also hosts several workshops offered through their “Orchard School” program throughout the seasons, allowing aspiring homesteaders to gain the knowledge and experience needed to establish their own orchards in a self-sustaining, holistic way.
